TL;DR
Manage the operational foundation for Pokémon GO Gift Cards, coordinating across teams and partners.
- •Scopely Explore is seeking a Gift Card Program Manager for a 8-12 month fixed term contract.
- •This role will help build and manage the operating foundation for Pokémon GO Gift Cards as an emerging monetization channel.
- •Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day execution of the Pokémon GO Gift Card program across internal teams, external vendors, and retail partners.
- •Build and maintain practical program tools, including trackers, launch-readiness checklists, issue logs, and ownership mapping.
- •Partner with Business Development and Marketing to support retailer launches, promotional opportunities, and holiday readiness.
- •Improve visibility into gift card performance, including sales, activations, redemptions, and operational risks.
- •Partner with Player Support to ensure gift card workflows and policies are ready for high-volume moments.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional retail, channel, promotional, payments, e-commerce, digital goods, partner operations, or consumer technology programs.
- •Proven ability to bring structure to ambiguous programs and manage multiple stakeholders.
- •Experience working with commercial, marketing, finance, legal, product, and operations partners.
- •Strong analytical and business judgment; able to translate findings into practical recommendations.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
