- •Meter is building internet infrastructure into a utility.
- •The Technician Operations team is the live backbone of Meter’s deployment engine, ensuring critical infrastructure is delivered on time and to standard.
- •You will guide field technicians in real time, troubleshoot issues, and build systems to make installations effortless.
- •Key Responsibilities Provide live technician support and unblock issues in real time to keep projects on track.
- •Troubleshoot network issues mid-install, including ISP circuit turn-up and firewall configurations.
- •Act as the final gate before a network goes live, ensuring all hardware is online and validated.
- •Document progress, surface blockers, and close the feedback loop with engineering for improvements.
- •Requirements Experience in networking with the curiosity to go deeper and build technical fluency.
- •Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- •A builder's mindset to translate frontline insights into scalable tools and product improvements.
- •Ability to thrive on solving problems in real time and making order out of chaos.
