TL;DR
Manage technical accounting and financial reporting for a fast-growing data center hyperscaler.
- •The Senior Manager, Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting will own technical accounting positions and run the financial reporting close.
- •Key Responsibilities Own technical accounting positions across revenue recognition, leases, project finance, and equity.
- •Run the financial reporting close and produce accurate financial statements.
- •Stand up technical accounting policies and controls from the ground up.
- •Manage the external audit relationship.
- •Partner with strategic finance, legal, and commercial teams.
- •Requirements Experience writing technical accounting memos on complex areas.
- •Experience owning a financial reporting close and producing GAAP financial statements.
- •Experience building accounting policies, processes, or controls from scratch.
- •Experience managing external auditors through a full audit.
- •Experience working through the accounting for novel or complex transactions.
- •Ability to explain technical accounting conclusions clearly.
