- •Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Engineers, supporting their professional development and career progression Define and champion best practices across the SE function, raising the bar for technical excellence Help the team navigate complex & high-value deals Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current sales cycles, proposing and implementing scalable improvements Develop strong cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Product, and Customer Success Requirements 3-5 years leadership experience in a Pre-Sales, Sales Engineer, Business Analyst, Implementation Consultant, or similar function Proven track record of supporting enterprise SaaS sales teams in a complex multi-stakeholder environment Excellent understanding of modern application architectures (e.g.
