TL;DR
Lead data and AI strategy to drive business advantage and improve member/host outcomes.
- •PadSplit is seeking a Vice President, Data & AI Strategy to leverage data, machine learning, and artificial intelligence for strategic advantage, improving outcomes for members, hosts, and the business.
- •This leader will report to the CTO, overseeing Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI functions while driving responsible AI adoption.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and execute the company-wide AI strategy, including adoption goals, governance, enablement, and impact measurement.
- •Lead the Analytics, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning, and AI enablement teams as a unified data and AI organization.
- •Drive the machine learning and predictive analytics roadmap, covering pricing optimization, risk modeling, and AI-powered capabilities.
- •Oversee the health, quality, governance, scalability, and cost efficiency of the data ecosystem.
- •Partner with Legal and executive stakeholders to establish ethical AI standards and responsible deployment practices.
- •Requirements 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, machine learning, or AI leadership roles, including managing managers.
- •Proven success leading integrated analytics and machine learning functions.
- •Demonstrated track record implementing AI solutions at scale and measuring business outcomes.
- •Strong understanding of modern data platforms, ML systems, analytics tooling, and AI technologies such as Snowflake, dbt, and Hex.
- •Clear point of view on AI governance, responsible deployment, bias mitigation, and customer impact.
