- •Alif Semiconductor is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to manage new product introductions and ensure product quality.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead new product introduction (NPI) activities from prototype to high-volume production at OSAT.
- •Collaborate with design, process, and test engineering teams to ensure DFM/DFT alignment and manufacturability.
- •Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for yield excursions, quality issues, and field returns.
- •Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 5–10+ years of relevant experience in product engineering within the semiconductor industry.
- •Solid understanding of wafer fabrication, assembly, and test processes.
