- •Key Responsibilities Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities Define and track KPIs across operational and product performance Build clear, reliable dashboards and reporting frameworks Partner with Product and Engineering to support feature validation and performance measurement Break down ambiguous business problems into structured analytical approaches Requirements 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence Strong SQL skills (mandatory) Experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, etc.) Structured, systems-oriented mindset Strong attention to detail and data quality
