- •Key Responsibilities Provide accurate and timely legal advice to relevant teams on a wide range of legal matters Research and assess legal risks related to business decisions and operations Apply effective risk management techniques and provide proactive advice on potential legal issues Requirements Bachelor's degree in Law Comprehensive knowledge of payment services, payment products, e-commerce, M&A, commercial contracts, IP, data privacy, and IT law At least 5 years of experience in a law firm or as in-house legal counsel, preferably within the financial services sector
