Build and lead the corporate tax function, managing compliance, accounting, and planning.
- •Apptronik is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to build and lead the tax function from the ground up.
- •This role will establish tax policies, processes, and governance, collaborating with the accounting team and external advisors.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage federal and state income tax compliance, including filings, extensions, and payments.
- •Oversee indirect taxes (sales/use, property, and international VAT).
- •Manage income tax accounting and reporting under ASC 740.
- •Requirements Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation preferred. 8+ years of combined tax experience in public accounting and in-house tax.
- •Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations and GAAP tax accounting (ASC 740).
