About the role
TL;DR
Finance Manager responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- •This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join Form3's Finance team.
- •Reporting to the Financial Controller & Head of Treasury, you'll play a key role in ensuring financial excellence across the business while partnering with senior stakeholders to influence strategic decision-making.
- •Key Responsibilities Leading financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and month-end activities.
- •Owning the annual external audit process and maintaining strong financial controls.
- •Producing financial analysis, modelling and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- •Driving continuous improvements across finance systems, processes and reporting.
- •Monitoring company performance through budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- •Requirements Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- •Significant post-qualified Finance experience, ideally within FinTech, Payments, Banking or SaaS.
- •Strong financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting experience.
- •Experience preparing management accounts and overseeing month-end processes.
- •Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
