- •Wing is looking for a Regional Inventory Manager, North America to join our Global Logistics Operations team.
- •This role is primarily focused on leading and optimizing logistics and inventory operations within the North American region.
- •Key Responsibilities Take ownership of North American inventory projects, setting goals, plans, and metrics that align with both regional requirements and larger Wing goals.
- •Lead regional cycle counting programs, wall-to-wall physical inventories, and reconciliation processes to ensure high levels of inventory accuracy across all North American sites.
- •Manage work and decisions that impact the NA inventory management function and several other cross-functional partners, ensuring a unified work product.
- •Use your specialized knowledge to identify large-scale problems within regional warehouses and optimize processes to accelerate solutions.
- •Identify and address potential regional challenges such as supply chain disruptions or inventory imbalances before they escalate into major obstacles.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience in inventory and warehouse management, with a specific focus on North American operations and vendor management.
- •Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
- •Demonstrated ability to ask the right questions and use data to inform project decisions and address regional challenges.
