- •Hello Patient is seeking its first Head of Strategic Finance to build out the financial function during a period of scaling.

- •Key Responsibilities Build and maintain the long-term financial model, including revenue, headcount, operating expenses, cash, and runway.
- •Own monthly and quarterly budget vs. actuals processes, analyze variances, and report on performance.
- •Manage financial and operating reporting for senior leadership and the board.
- •Support fundraising processes through forecasts, financial analyses, and diligence materials.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience, starting in investment banking or private equity, followed by strategic finance or FP&A at a high-growth company.
- •Strong financial modeling skills and the ability to build models from scratch.
- •Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
- •Strong communication skills for explaining financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
