About the role
TL;DR
Build and operate an AI-powered go-to-market engine from scratch for a GovTech AI SaaS company.
- •This is a founding GTM position at a seed/Series A AI SaaS company operating in the government contracting and GovTech space.
- •You'll work directly with the founding team to build a go-to-market engine from the ground up
- •wiring LLM-driven workflows, enrichment pipelines, and agentic automation into a scalable growth system.
- •This role is purpose-built for an AI-native marketer who ships systems, not just manages campaigns.
- •You'll translate complex technical AI capabilities into compelling narratives, own the full funnel, and run high-velocity experiments that drive measurable growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Architect and operate an AI-powered GTM engine, including enrichment pipelines, LLM-driven personalization, and agentic outbound workflows.
- •Run high-velocity growth experiments on messaging, channels, and ICPs
- •shipping daily, iterating weekly.
- •Translate technical AI and product details into customer-facing assets: decks, demos, one-pagers, case studies, and landing pages.
- •Own funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates), build dashboards, and continuously refine strategy based on data.
- •Requirements 3–8 years in marketing, growth, or GTM
- •ideally at early-stage or high-growth startups.
- •Proven track record building marketing systems from scratch: automation, attribution, integrations, and iterative learnings.
- •AI-native workflow builder: hands-on experience using LLMs for enrichment, personalization, classification, and content generation, with shipped automations across platforms.
- •U.S. citizen or Green Card holder (legal requirement for government-adjacent work).
