- •We are seeking a motivated Solutions Engineer to support our sales and channel teams in engaging prospects and customers.
- •You will demonstrate technical value and drive successful outcomes by helping customers solve complex challenges through technology.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with Account Executives to support prospective customers evaluating the Drata platform.
- •Support technical proof of concepts and demonstrations, simplifying the buyer's journey.
- •Align customer pain points and requirements with proposed solutions.
- •Gather and communicate customer needs to product and engineering teams.
- •Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Sales / Solutions Engineer, preferably in the SaaS space.
- •Working knowledge of common cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and identity management tools.
- •Solid technical background with experience in integrating cloud systems and API workflows.
- •Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
