- •Neo4j Technical Onboarding Engineers bridge the gap between a signed contract and a production-ready ecosystem, serving as trusted technical advisors to enterprise customers.
- •They lead new customers through critical infrastructure milestones, ensuring the success of their architectural foundations.
- •Key Responsibilities Translate complex business requirements into tailored technical solutions.
- •Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers.
- •Guide the instantiation of Neo4j AuraDB environments or self-managed clusters.
- •Implement baseline system hardening and enforce least-privileged access.
- •Architect robust data ingestion pipelines and advise development teams.
- •Requirements 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
- •Hands-on experience with production workloads in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- •Deep technical proficiency in core networking infrastructure.
- •Hands-on experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.
- •Proven track record implementing Enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM).
