- •Addepar is seeking a Senior People Business Partner for its Pune capability center.
- •This strategic HR role will partner with local leadership to drive scalable people programs and bridge global strategy with local execution in the APAC region.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary strategic People partner for the Pune office, aligning talent initiatives with business ROI.
- •Coach local managers to build executive presence, commercial awareness, and decision-making capabilities.
- •Break down silos between R&D, GTM, and G&A to ensure seamless operation under the "One Addepar" philosophy.
- •Manage end-to-end employee relations and ensure compliance with India labor laws.
- •Implement scalable, process-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- •Requirements 8+ years of progressive experience in a People Business Partner role, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS, FinTech, or WealthTech company.
- •Strong commercial acumen and understanding of how a software business generates revenue.
- •Expertise in India employment law and compliance, with a proven track record in employee relations.
- •Executive presence and the ability to influence without authority.
- •Experience with Workday as an HR system is highly preferred.
