- •Findem is seeking a seasoned Principal Product Manager to lead a major product initiative, setting strategy, and driving product choices.
- •Key Responsibilities Scope: Lead a major product at Findem, including setting long-term strategy, and making the business case for more investment Insights: Own the company’s thesis for the market segment including the target buyer and customer personas and their most important needs Product craft: Bring robust, first-principle, out of the box thinking to our problem space, and using quantitative and qualitative data to drive your conclusions Crafted execution: Work closely with engineering to focus our efforts on the most impactful innovations, owning prioritization, unblocking major issues, and landing product milestones Communication: Working cross-functionally with marketing, GMs, support, and other stakeholders to drive alignment to the right goals.
- •Requirements 7+ years as a product manager, ideally with startup experience Experience building products that automate or enhance workflows using Agentic and Conversational AI Experience doing 0->1 and 1->10 product building Experience in with B2B PLG products, B2B SaaS (especially for multi-step workflows) Ability to drive short term execution while building towards (and testing) a long term vision
