About the role
TL;DR
Lead product design for an AI-native legaltech platform, shaping user experience and design culture.
- •We are building a platform that looks and feels like nothing else in LegalTech, and we are looking for a design leader to help us chart the path forward.
- •You will collaborate closely with co-founders and engineers to define and build a novel user experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Collaborate cross-functionally to design, build, and iterate on core product features.
- •Own product work end-to-end, from problem definition to shipping improvements.
- •Set the standards and establish our design system and processes.
- •Help improve how we solicit and incorporate customer feedback.
- •Build our design team and culture from the ground up.
- •Requirements 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- •Front-end development experience or willingness to code with AI tools.
- •Demonstrated track record of entrepreneurship or success in an unstructured environment.
- •Empathy to understand customer needs and emotional intelligence for natural user experiences.
