- •1Password is seeking a Senior Developer for its CI Architecture team.
- •This role focuses on enabling fast, reliable, and low-friction CI/CD workflows for developers and AI agents by owning CI pipeline architecture, developer experience, and performance improvements.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and evolve reference CI architectures for GitHub Actions.
- •Partner with teams to redesign slow or fragile pipelines and drive measurable outcomes.
- •Improve CI developer experience by making failures easier to diagnose and fix.
- •Drive application-layer performance optimization in build/compilation strategies and test architecture.
- •Establish observability to action loops using CI metrics to drive architectural changes.
- •Requirements Experience designing or evolving CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred).
- •Hands-on ability to improve build and test performance.
- •Deep familiarity with multi-platform build/test environments (macOS, Windows, Linux).
- •Strong software engineering fundamentals with demonstrated systems thinking.
- •Practical debugging skills and comfort collaborating across teams.
