About the role
TL;DR
Define and operationalize critical functions for Boom's growth.
- •As a founding team member of our Strategy & Implementation team, you will help define and operationalize one of the most critical functions in Boom's next stage of growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Enterprise launches: Lead the onboarding and successful implementation of Boom's largest clients.
- •Program management: Act as the central owner for strategic partner programs.
- •Partner edge cases & special projects: Take the lead on complex, ambiguous initiatives.
- •Growth infrastructure: Help build the internal infrastructure that supports scale.
- •Framework development & storytelling: Structure problems, analyze options, and synthesize insights into slides and narratives that drive action.
- •Relationship maximization: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize client use of our platform.
- •Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, ops, product, engineering, and leadership.
- •6+ years in management consulting or equivalent strategic roles in high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech environments.
- •Proven ability to own and deliver complex work-streams with limited oversight.
- •Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; highly comfortable working with structured data and creating executive-ready slides.
- •Ability to operate in ambiguity, think from first principles, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- •Experience in proptech, fintech, or working with property management systems (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) is a plus.
