- •Modo Energy is seeking a Growth Associate for its Content Marketing team to increase awareness of its research and demonstrate its effectiveness.
- •This generalist role involves working closely with the Head of Content Marketing to execute various growth initiatives.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage and execute the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of articles, emails, and campaigns.
- •Set up and run attribution models using HubSpot, Fullstory, and Intercom to track content performance.
- •Produce and scale core content formats, including GEO articles, newsletters, and videos, for global markets.
- •Run employee visibility campaigns, including social media, podcast bookings, and press outreach.
- •Build AI and Cowork workflows to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
- •Requirements Proven experience shipping independent projects or campaigns.
- •Hands-on experience with HubSpot for measurement and attribution.
- •Comfort with data and marketing operations, with a preference for building clean attribution setups.
- •An analytical mindset and a drive to automate tasks.
- •Strong, clear, and direct writing skills.
- •Proficiency in using AI as a core part of your workflow.
