Corporate Recruiter to identify and engage top talent for People and Finance functions.
- •We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.
- •This individual will bring deep sourcing capability, strong market insights, and proven recruiting experience to identify and engage top talent across roles, with a focus on People and Finance functions.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and business units.
- •Proactively identify and engage top talent through advanced sourcing techniques.
- •Deliver a high-touch, highly responsive candidate experience.
- •Develop a clear view of talent markets, industry trends, and hiring dynamics.
- •Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to align on role requirements.
- •Requirements 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a high-growth technology company, Executive Search firm or recruitment consultancy.
- •Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM/ATS tools, and market research.
- •Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- •Strong understanding of the technology landscape.
- •Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
