- •GetYourGuide is seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for critical technical roles.
- •This role involves leveraging recruiting expertise and a passion for technology to shape the future of the company.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles.
- •Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to build hiring processes.
- •Monitor recruitment dashboards and provide insights.
- •Build and nurture a candidate network.
- •Obsess over the candidate experience and implement improvements.
- •Requirements 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth tech environment.
- •Understanding of technical roles (engineers, data scientists, product managers).
- •Experience using AI tools and automation in recruiting.
- •Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
- •Solutions-first and customer-first mindset.
