- •Phantom is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and scalability of all payroll and benefits processes.
- •This role is crucial for maintaining seamless compensation systems, ensuring compliance, and preparing for audits as the company grows.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end payroll processing across all employment types and entities.
- •Maintain high data integrity between HR, payroll, and accounting systems.

- •Design and implement internal controls for payroll and benefits operations.
- •Build scalable, automated processes for accuracy, efficiency, and audit preparedness.
- •Requirements 6-8+ years owning the end-to-end payroll lifecycle in a high-growth or multi-entity environment.
- •Deep knowledge of US federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
- •Proven ability to establish internal controls and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- •Hands-on experience with modern payroll/HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling, Deel) and 401(k) providers.
- •Experience working across integrated payroll, HRIS, and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite).
