Drive operational improvements and growth strategy for an AI workforce company.
- •Titan is seeking a Business Operations & Strategy Lead to partner closely with founders, MSP executives, and product/finance teams on special projects, operational improvements, and integration/growth strategy.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with MSP executives to identify bottlenecks and revamp operations for growth.
- •Execute initiatives to accelerate sales growth and improve customer retention.
- •Identify opportunities for successful integration across finance, operations, and product.
- •Support executives with data analytics and strategic projects for goal setting.
- •Requirements 3-6 years of experience in business strategy, operations, consulting, or finance.
- •Strong business sense and analytics fluency.
- •Ability to learn quickly and become an SME in new workflows.
- •Versatility to context switch and work with operators at all levels.
- •Excellent executive presence and communication skills.
