- •This role focuses on enhancing their platform for medical prevention services and expanding into new markets.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead product development for two squads (Pre-visit and Visit Flow) within the product team.
- •Deeply understand the needs and constraints of healthcare professionals and their assistants.
- •Design effective, robust, and configurable solutions to meet user needs.
- •Analyze available data to guide decisions and evaluate post-deployment usage.
- •Requirements Engineering degree is essential for technical discussions.
- •Proven experience in Product Management, ideally in a B2B SaaS scale-up environment.
- •Strong technical understanding of SaaS software challenges (maintainability, configurability).
- •High user empathy, especially for healthcare professionals.
- •Comfortable working in a multi-squad/quartet setup.
