- •Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior FullStack Engineer to join their Grafana Cloud Observability team.
- •This role involves developing and scaling infrastructure observability features, contributing to open-source projects, and working across the full stack from UI to backend services.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and scale infrastructure observability features in Grafana Cloud.
- •Ship features end-to-end, from UI to backend services and dashboards.
- •Own projects from problem statement to production, including user interaction and validation.
- •Contribute upstream to open-source projects like Prometheus and OpenTelemetry.
- •Join the on-call rotation for owned services.
- •Requirements Experience working across the full stack (backend and frontend).
- •Fluency with AI-assisted development tools and LLM tooling.
- •Comfort being visible and advocating for team's work across the organization.
- •Working knowledge of the observability ecosystem (Prometheus, Grafana dashboards, alerting).
- •Strong written communication skills.
