TL;DR
Manage and scale demand generation campaigns, driving pipeline and revenue through data-driven optimization and AI automation.
- •We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to help execute and scale Coram's demand generation programs.
- •We're looking for someone who is hands-on, moves fast, takes ownership, and knows how to turn ideas into campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
- •Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- •Own campaign execution across keywords, audiences, bidding, budgets, copy, creative, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
- •Analyze campaign and funnel data, identify performance gaps, and turn insights into clear actions that improve efficiency and results.
- •Build AI-powered workflows that automate repetitive work and allow the marketing team to execute and iterate faster.
- •Use AI for research, data analysis, reporting, copy development, creative ideation, and campaign optimization.
- •Requirements 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation, ideally within B2B SaaS or a fast-growing startup.
- •Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and working knowledge of Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid acquisition channels.
- •Practical experience using LLMs and AI tools for creative development, copywriting, research, analysis, and campaign optimization.
- •Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional projects without constant supervision.
- •Ability to work 5 days a week onsite.
