- •Bloomreach is seeking an AI Program Manager to lead its AI SDR program, driving results and proving ROI for AI-driven sales initiatives.
- •This role focuses on program leadership, directing AI agents and processes to book sales meetings.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the AI SDR program end-to-end, including inbound and outbound efforts across multiple regions.
- •Manage pipeline as the primary metric and demonstrate program ROI with clear financial reporting.
- •Optimize the human SDR side of the program by addressing pain points and improving processes.
- •Define and manage the split between AI agent tasks and human responsibilities.
- •Drive signal-driven enrollment and improve the overall buying experience.
- •Requirements Proven experience running programs with measurable outcomes (demand gen, SDR/BDR, growth, GTM).
- •Experience operating AI workflows in production, directing or owning automations.
- •Strong ROI fluency and ability to build and explain cost-per-outcome models.
- •Ability to diagnose team problems at the source and work with frontline teams to implement solutions.
- •Comfort working globally across multiple regions and languages.
