About the role

TL;DR

Lead Suno's social impact and education initiatives, building partnerships and programs.

  • Suno believes that Music is a Human Right, a vehicle for community, connection, healing, and learning.
  • Manager, Social Impact & Education ensures that Suno lives up to our belief.
  • This is a new role, an opportunity to define, build, and lead Suno's presence in two critically important spaces: the nonprofit and social impact community, and the educational institutions and platforms that are shaping how the next generation engages with music and technology.
  • Key Responsibilities Develop and own Suno's social impact strategy, establishing a clear point of view on the communities, causes, and organizations we exist to serve.
  • Build Suno's university and education strategy from the ground up, targeting institutions, music programs, and ed-tech platforms where AI music creation has natural curriculum relevance.
  • Serve as Suno's primary relationship manager for social impact partners, ensuring consistent communication, mutual value, and long-term commitment.
  • Work closely with Product to advocate for features and access tiers that serve nonprofit and educational users.
  • Track and report on program performance, partnership health, and community impact metrics that inform Suno's broader social impact investment strategy.
  • Requirements 5-8+ years of experience in partnerships, program management, or community development, ideally spanning both education and nonprofit/social impact sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to build programs from scratch, comfortable with ambiguity and energized by establishing something new.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the credibility to engage senior stakeholders at academic institutions and mission-driven organizations.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; you can represent Suno's vision compellingly to audiences who may be skeptical of or unfamiliar with AI.
  • A genuine belief that creative tools should be accessible to everyone, and the drive to make that belief operational.
