- •Isomorphic Labs is seeking a Research Leader / Senior Scientist with expertise in Medicinal Drug Design to join their interdisciplinary team.

- •Key Responsibilities Provide scientific expertise and strategic direction for drug discovery projects.
- •Enhance the AI platform through technical expertise in medicinal chemistry.

- •Collaborate cross-functionally with machine learning scientists and other teams.
- •Manage CRO resources and monitor KPIs to maintain delivery.
- •Requirements PhD in Medicinal Chemistry, Synthetic Organic Chemistry, or related field, or equivalent industrial experience. 5+ years of professional experience in a Medicinal Chemistry role within biotech, pharma, or CRO.
- •Proven track record of project leadership and significant contributions to drug discovery project progression.
- •Experience driving problems through structure-based drug design.
- •Strong passion for drug discovery and enthusiasm for the potential of ML.
