About the role
TL;DR
Build and run systems defining accounts, hierarchies, and enriching data for GTM.
- •This role owns the foundation of go-to-market decisions at Intercom, building and running systems that define accounts, resolve duplicates, stitch subsidiaries into corporate hierarchies, and enrich them with signals.
- •Your work directly shapes how efficiently Intercom grows.
- •Key Responsibilities Owning account identity and entity resolution pipelines.
- •Modelling account hierarchy and linking accounts to their corporate parents.
- •Building account and contact sourcing and enrichment pipelines, including LLM-powered enrichment.
- •Ensuring data usability through dbt models in Snowflake orchestrated in Airflow.
- •Requirements Experience with the modern data stack: dbt, Snowflake, and Airflow.
- •Experience building with LLMs in production.
- •Experience with entity resolution and identity problems.
- •Hands-on experience integrating with SaaS APIs, especially Salesforce.
