- •We are seeking a strategic and technically hands-on Team Lead to head a high-impact team responsible for managing the full lifecycle of financial and regulatory data reporting across our regulated entities.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the Financial Analytics team in delivering automated and scalable reporting solutions.
- •Regularly review existing processes to identify optimisation opportunities and reduce manual work.
- •Ensure regulatory deadlines are met with accurate, auditable outputs.
- •Requirements Proven experience in a senior data or analytics leadership role, ideally within financial services or fintech.
- •Deep understanding of financial markets and instruments (including trading workflows and regulatory frameworks).
- •Strong knowledge of AML/Compliance reporting requirements.
