- •We are looking for an Investment Operations Analyst to join our Investment Ops team.
- •This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of JISA maturities and transfers, producing financial reports, and analyzing trading volumes.
- •Key Responsibilities Produce weekly and monthly financial reports for internal stakeholders Analyse monthly trading volumes, identifying transactional trends and shifts in platform usage Reconcile monthly fee revenue, audit platform fee deductions, and investigate discrepancies Review active operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, risks, or compliance gaps Manage the end-to-end back-office processing of JISA maturities, including fund sales and customer communications Requirements Experience working with ISA or JISA and mainstream investment products 3+ years of professional experience in a financial services operational role Confidence and experience in using back-office systems Previous FCA experience or regulatory training Confidence producing management reporting and analysing financial data
