About the role

  • Loop is hiring a Head of Revenue Operations to help scale and strengthen our Go-To-Market organization as we enter our next phase of growth.
  • This role is for an experienced RevOps leader who can bring clarity, rigor, and strong execution to how we operate across Sales, Marketing, and Merchant Success.
  • You will report to Loop’s CRO and lead an established Revenue Operations team.
  • The foundation is already in place.
  • This role is about elevating how the function operates, strengthening analytics and insights, and creating a more disciplined, scalable operating model across teams.
  • This is a highly visible role that partners closely with GTM leadership, Finance, and Operations.
  • Success in this role requires strong judgment, a high bar for ownership, and the ability to influence how decisions get made across the business.
