- •Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Texas Demonstrated experience developing proposals and coordinating pursuit presentations in the civil engineering consulting industry Minimum five years of experience managing civil engineering projects and client relationships Minimum five years working within a civil engineering consulting environment
