- •Instacart is seeking a Chief of Staff, Online Grocery to partner with the General Manager of the Online Grocery business.
- •This role focuses on improving organizational effectiveness, decision-making, and execution within a product and R&D organization of approximately 200 people.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and improve the business rhythm, including leadership meetings, reviews, and communications.
- •Enhance decision-making processes by clarifying rights, building frameworks, and removing friction.
- •Shape and run leadership offsites, focusing on objectives, discussions, and follow-through.
- •Drive executive communication and planning for upward alignment with C-suite and the board.
- •Requirements 10+ years of work experience with R&D or consulting/strategy background.
- •Strong understanding of product, design, and engineering team dynamics.
- •High EQ, people-oriented instincts, and exceptional communication skills.
