- •As a Senior Operations Manager at Gelato, you will shape the operations network in your region, identifying and onboarding production partners to improve availability, speed, quality, and selection.
- •Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard production partners to the Gelato network Manage regional operations and partner performance Shape the procurement supplier ecosystem Utilize AI tools to automate and scale operations Collaborate with Product, Commercial, and supply chain teams Requirements 5+ years of operations, commercial, and/or strategy experience Experience with AI and data-driven decision making Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments Experience in supply chain, logistics, retail, or eCommerce Strong influence and leadership skills
