- •We're seeking a Business Strategy Analyst to join our team.
- •This role is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of data, operations, and strategy.
- •Key Responsibilities Build, maintain, and continuously improve BI tables and data models that power company reporting Develop and manage dashboards used across Operations, Finance, Business Development, and Clinical Quality Analyze appointment routing, logistics, and phlebotomist utilization to improve efficiency Build models to evaluate new market expansion opportunities Conduct geographic and partner-level analyses to inform growth decisions Requirements 2 to 5 years of experience in analytics, consulting, operations, finance, or a related role Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Public Health, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure ambiguous problems Proficiency in SQL, Excel modeling, BI tools (e.g., Looker), and ideally some experience with a coding language (e.g., Python or R) Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly
