- •Fin is the AI Customer Agent company on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences.
- •Customer Agent is the next major evolution of Fin, building toward a single AI agent that works across the full customer lifecycle.
- •Key Responsibilities Own strategically significant work streams end-to-end and be accountable for outcomes.
- •Manage from the front line, deeply understanding the product, customer problem, and context.
- •Help shape teams operating in ambiguous spaces and partner closely with Product.
- •Develop senior engineers into leaders and accelerate their growth.
- •Partner with the Engineering Director on group-level strategy and investment decisions.
- •Requirements Exceptional people leader and personally action-oriented.
- •Product-minded with strong product engineering instincts and comfort operating in early product formation.
- •AI fluency and active experimentation with AI-assisted development.
- •Technically credible with strong communication and extreme autonomy.
- •Critical thinking about the business and understanding of Fin's optimization goals.
