About the role
TL;DR
Lead technical discovery, build solutions, and explain them clearly to enterprise customers.
- •Nash is seeking a foundational technical hire to join their Solutions Engineering team.
- •This role involves understanding complex systems, building solutions, and clearly explaining them to enterprise customers in the logistics space.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead technical discovery and design solution architectures for Nash integrations.
- •Build technical demos, POCs, and prototypes against agreed success criteria.
- •Apply AI to real workflows, test prompts, agents, and measure quality.
- •Test new capabilities hands-on and build reusable tooling.
- •Close the loop with Product and Engineering, and raise the technical bar across GTM.
- •Requirements 4-6 years in solutions engineering, presales, or similar customer-facing technical role.
- •Hands-on comfort with AI tools and models, including prompt design and agent building.
- •Real building ability: write scripts, transform data, work with APIs, and debug integrations.
- •Fluency with system architecture and integration patterns (REST APIs, webhooks, JSON).
- •Experience designing and running technical demos, trials, or POCs.
