- •Key Responsibilities Serve as the legal partner for the U.S. commercial organization.
- •Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- •Lead strategic operational initiatives to improve company execution and scaling.
- •Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive operational improvements.
- •Build trust across technical, commercial, and executive teams.
- •Requirements 5+ years of legal experience, including in-house commercial legal experience.
- •Experience with high-growth technology, SaaS, AI, or pharma/life sciences.
- •J.D. and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- •Experience negotiating commercial agreements.
- •Strong business judgment and practical risk assessment.
