- •The Staff Marketing Analyst will partner directly with Marketing leadership to architect budget allocation, channel mix, and long-term strategy, taking full ownership of the data-driven narrative.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end performance analytics across all channels, translating complex performance into actionable growth strategies.
- •Serve as the subject matter expert for measurement, establishing advanced frameworks for MMM, MTA, attribution, and incrementality analysis.
- •Build actionable dashboards and KPIs that serve as the single source of truth for marketing performance.
- •Drive the evolution of the marketing data foundation in partnership with Analytics Engineering.
- •Influence executive decision-making and model data-driven excellence.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience in marketing or growth analytics with a track record of influencing strategy at a senior level.
- •Strong intuition and experience assessing performance across Paid, Lifecycle, Direct Mail, and Partnership channels.
- •Highly fluent in marketing measurement, including attribution methodologies, incrementality testing, funnel analysis, and ROI modeling.
- •Strong technical skills in SQL and experience using Python or R for advanced analysis.
- •Excel at translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights and influencing senior stakeholders.
