- •Nightfall is seeking an exceptional VP of Finance to join its executive team.
- •This role will drive strategic financial planning, support growth, and build scalable infrastructure.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead all financial functions including FP&A, accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
- •Own long-term financial planning and modeling to inform strategy and resource allocation.
- •Partner with the CEO to lead fundraising and support board relations.
- •Develop and implement financial controls, processes, and tools for a high-growth SaaS company.
- •Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- •Requirements 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in SaaS startups, scaling from early to growth stage.
- •Experience as a key finance leader or VP/CFO in a fast-paced, venture-backed environment.
- •Deep understanding of SaaS and subscription business models, key SaaS metrics, and AI native company dynamics.
- •Demonstrated success leading fundraising, investor relations, and financial due diligence.
- •Strong analytical, modeling, and FP&A skills with expertise in financial systems/tools.
