- •Key Responsibilities Own the visual system for Phoenix and future products Turn complex trading mechanics and data into clear, scannable visual hierarchies and data visualizations Build and maintain a Figma library/design system Drive visual polish on critical surfaces Partner closely with engineers to ensure visual fidelity in production Own the company and product brand expression across product surfaces Incorporate feedback, user signals, and metrics to iterate quickly Requirements 2+ years designing visual systems for complex digital products Portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft, system thinking, and clear data presentation Fluency in Figma and handoff practices Comfort collaborating with engineers High ownership and bias to ship
