Senior Engineering Manager to lead Enterprise Trust & Reliability teams, focusing on integrations and stability.
- •Lead the engineering for two key Enterprise Trust & Reliability (ETR) groups: Commercial Tech & Integrations and Stability & Operations.
- •Shape the technical direction, delivery rhythm, and growth plans for approximately seven engineers.
- •Key Responsibilities Line-manage engineers, focusing on growth, coaching, performance, and wellbeing.
- •Own delivery and technical direction, partnering with tech leads on architecture and shipping standards.
- •Hire and raise the bar for the teams, utilizing AI-native hiring practices.
- •Drive an AI-native operating rhythm, modeling efficient use of AI tooling.
- •Own the operational backbone, including on-call health and incident practice.
- •Requirements Proven experience in engineering management, growing teams and owning delivery.
- •Technical breadth across integration, API design, and reliability, observability, and incident response.
- •Ability to drive delivery through ambiguity and balance pace, quality, and people.
- •Demonstrated ability to grow and mentor engineers.
- •Experience working with AI tooling day-to-day.
