- •Medely is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the marketplace powering healthcare work.
- •You'll define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Flex marketplace.
- •Key Responsibilities Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key areas of the Flex marketplace Own major product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration Use product data, marketplace signals, customer insights, and user research to identify the highest-value problems to solve Make strategic tradeoffs across conversion, retention, supply and demand, matching quality, operational efficiency, and user experience Partner deeply with Engineering and Design while driving alignment across Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Clinical, Finance, and leadership Requirements 5+ years of product management experience shipping software in startup, marketplace, SaaS, or scaled technology environments Experience owning product areas from discovery through launch and iteration Strong product judgment and the ability to define clear problems, success criteria, requirements, and tradeoffs Experience using both qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs, evaluate user behavior, funnel conversion, retention, or marketplace health Strong technical communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with engineering teams Excellent written and verbal communication across technical, business, and executive audiences
