About the role
TL;DR
Manage charging network operations, reduce downtime, and improve team performance in Iberia.
- •As our Network Running Operations Manager, you’ll own the operational performance of Powerdot’s charging network across a Portuguese region, while contributing to Iberian initiatives and projects.
- •You’ll manage the local Ranger / Field Technician team, prioritize interventions, coordinate service providers, and work closely with hardware suppliers and technical teams to keep our chargers available, reliable, and delivering the expected charging experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Reduce downtime by prioritising high-impact interventions and removing blockers quickly.
- •Coordinate partners, monitor uptime and resolution metrics, and use data to identify recurring issues and permanent solutions.
- •Standardise processes and lead cross-market initiatives across Portugal and Spain.
- •Support and challenge Rangers, remove roadblocks, and help technical field teams perform at their best.
- •Requirements 2–5 years of effective professional experience, with a track record of impact, fast learning, and ownership.
- •Native Portuguese and professional English.
- •Spanish is a strong advantage.
- •Based in Lisbon, with regular station visits and travel to the North of Portugal.
- •You plan, prioritise, follow up, and keep multiple issues moving without losing sight of business priorities.
