About the role
TL;DR
Own the technical backbone of our revenue engine, focusing on AI-powered workflows and GTM systems.
- •We're looking for someone to own the technical backbone of our revenue engine.
- •This role involves designing, shipping, and improving systems, automations, and AI-powered workflows for GTM teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Identify, build, and iterate on AI-powered workflows using Hebbia, Anthropic API, Clay, and adjacent tools.
- •Build and maintain prompt libraries and role-specific AI assistants for field teams.
- •Own, administer, and continuously improve our core GTM tools, ensuring clean data flow across the stack.
- •Work closely with GTM and Operations teams to translate problems into technical solutions.
- •Requirements 4 to 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, GTM Engineering, or a closely adjacent technical role in a B2B SaaS environment.
- •Practical experience with prompt engineering and building AI-assisted workflows using LLM APIs or tools like Anthropic API.
- •Deep hands-on experience with GTM tools including Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Apollo, and Clay.
- •Comfortable working directly with APIs, webhooks, and data integrations.
- •Experience owning vendor relationships including renewals, evaluations, and contract negotiations.
