- •Partner with Pigment's most strategic clients to help them unlock the full value of the platform and redefine modern, AI-assisted advisory.
- •Key Responsibilities Act as trusted advisor to clients on technical topics Partner with Customer Success to build strategies aligned to each client's roadmap and challenges Run workspace audits and help industrialize them with AI-assisted tooling Build and enrich our Success Plan offering Collaborate with Product & R&D to surface opportunities for platform enhancement Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience 6 years in a technical, client-facing role Ease and credibility with clients, from platform admins to C-suite A builder's curiosity about AI Track record leading several parallel projects across internal and external stakeholders
